Why we exist.
Every investor in the SubTo world has the same story. The deal is signed, the seller is on board, and then the file lands with a TC or a title company that has never seen a subject-to. Weeks go by. The seller gets nervous. The deal dies in an inbox. We started Music City TC to be the crew that has already done this a hundred times, so the investor gets to keep finding deals and the seller gets to move on.
Stephanie is a creative-finance investor and a transaction coordinator trained in Pace Morby's Top Tier TC program. She holds a degree in hospitality management and spent years running hotel operations before real estate, which is where the habit comes from: nobody on a file should ever have to ask what's happening next. She still thinks the job is mostly the same as running a good hotel: keep people informed, solve the problem before the guest knows there was one, and get everyone to checkout on time. She leads every file on the Headliner tier and trains every coordinator on the crew.

How we hire.
Every coordinator on the crew is trained on creative-finance structures before they touch a client file, works a fixed load so no file gets lost, and is a W-2 employee, not a contractor juggling six companies. We pay them well and we help them build their own financial footing, because a coordinator who isn't worried about money is a coordinator who is thinking about your file.
