These terms cover use of this website. Coordination services are governed by the separate coordination agreement we both sign.

What we are

Music City TC provides transaction coordination. We are not a law firm, a title company, a lender, or a licensed escrow agent. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or investment advice. Legal documents in your transaction are prepared by your attorney or the closing agent.

No client relationship until signed

Submitting a form, booking a call, or emailing us does not create a client relationship. That begins when both parties sign the coordination agreement.

Pricing

Package prices shown on this site are current as of the date on the page and may change. The price in your signed agreement controls.

Content

Guides and checklists are general information for Tennessee and may not apply in your state or to your deal. Use them as a starting point, not a substitute for your own advisors.
